Yes — both. I represent buyers looking for the right home on Maui and sellers who want honest pricing and real marketing. If you're doing both at once, I'll help you line up the timing so you're not stuck between two closings.
Which parts of Maui do you cover?
All of it. I'm based in Wailuku and work island-wide — Kahului, Kīhei, Wailea, Lahaina, Pukalani, Makawao, Hāna and the towns in between. Each area has its own pricing and quirks, and I'll tell you straight which fits what you're after.
I'm buying from off-island — can you help remotely?
Absolutely. A lot of my clients start their search from the mainland. I do video walkthroughs, send honest neighborhood breakdowns, and handle the on-island legwork so you're never guessing about a place you haven't stood in yet.
